Our dealer network are the face of the Motability Scheme, therefore we want to make sure that they offer great customer service and are kept up to date with Scheme developments. Our Dealer Business Briefings are a series of half day conferences across the UK held every other year which enables us to do just that.
The 2019 Dealer Business Briefings took place early this year, with 19 sessions taking place at nine venues across the country. This year’s presentations briefed dealers on how changes with PIP are affecting customers and how customer needs can best be met.
Around 3,000 dealers attended the business briefings and gave very positive feedback. Dealers rated the briefings as 9.5 out of 10 with 94% saying they are likely to make changes as a result of the briefings.
