Customer sentiment updates

Our latest Car Scheme Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) responses are in. According to feedback from Motability Operations customers, overall satisfaction is consistent at 98 points, with trust, value for money and ‘worry free motoring’ all up one point to 98 and 99 respectively. Complaint handling rating has increased by three points to 89 and customer services remains strong at 96.

For Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), overall satisfaction is at 96 points. The highest ratings are for renewal and customer advocacy, at 99 and 97 points respectively, followed by value for money, worry free motoring and wear and tear policy, all at 96 points.
